Q: What does the initial consultation entail?
A: The initial consultation is a meeting in your home with your personal sitter and a back up sitter. It is at this meeting that we obtain all of the necessary information that we need to care for your pets properly! We charge a one-time, $10 Account Set-up Fee (per 30 minutes), but there is no obligation on your part.
Q: What do you do with my personal information that you obtain at the initial consultation?
A: The information that you supply to us is used to properly care for your pets and nothing else! Rest assured that this information is kept strictly confidential and is not supplied to third parties.
Q: Will you administer medications if my pet requires it?
A: Yes, we will administer most medications your pets may need at no additional charge.
Q: Do you supply references?
A: Yes, a list of references is included in your new client information folder that you will receive at the initial consultation. We can also supply this information before the initial consultation if you prefer.
Q: I've noticed that some pet sitters use magnetic car signs. Do you use these?
A: So that your absence will not be detected if you are out of town, we do not use car signs when we are on a job.
Q: May I give my sitter a gratuity?
A: Yes! You may leave your sitter a gratuity or send it to the office and we will make sure that the sitter receives it! 100% of gratuities are given directly to your sitter.
